    you’re wondering. I’m Becca Switzer! Creator & CEO of Roof Sales Mastery and author of “Diamonds in the Sky: Introduction to Storm Restoration Sales.”  Probably like you, I entered the storm restoration industry with big goals and zero formal roof sales training of any kind lol.

    My learning curve was steeper than a three-story 12/12, and there were no resources to learn from, so I had to figure it out myself.

    After a lot of trial and error and misdirected time and energy, I was averaging approximately $160K in sales per month, consistently personally selling over 7-figures per year in 4-8 months, and earning a quarter of a million dollars in commissions…without having to kill myself doing it.

    I’ve been called “the pioneer” of insurance claim supplementation and adjuster negotiations which I teach in a step by step system in my online courses.

    I have over 14 years of direct sales experience including Cutco Cutlery/Vector Marketing, storm restoration roofing sales, and offering my consulting and training expertise with my Roof Sales Mastery online systems and courses.

  • Why I'm doing it:

Frankly, someone needs to. The storm restoration industry is a multi-billion dollar industry with the potential to be an extremely lucrative opportunity for anyone willing to do it as a salesperson or business owner, but the lack of formal, repeatable training and scalable systems available to contractors makes roof sales feel like a Rubiks cube.

The reality is, roof sales is very SIMPLE. It's not rocket science! But I always compare it to baking a cake. It's not hard to bake a cake, but if I stick you in the kitchen, point to eggs and flour and say, "Here's the oven; bake me a cake!" 99% of people are going to fail. But 99% of people would succeed if they simply had A STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE!!

    Hey there.

    I’m working with a company and our closing ratio is really low. I wanna know why.

    My boss insist that it’s because we need more time with the process….from watching your videos I feel like we should be closing them st the meeting where we go over and compare paper work.

    It’s making me a little frustrated after watching your videos because I want to skill up and he wants to rely on things that don’t close deals.

    Maybe this is because I am not understanding something.

    If I could share any advice, it would be to quit watching the FREE videos and dive into the system!! Every successful business out there has a duplicatable system. All walks of life need to be able to do do the same thing in order to create the revenue and life style we are all looking for!! We just put our toes in the water to check it out. Now after just a couple short weeks we are looking to get the entire system. It is the only turn-key, entire, and thorough training system I have seen. Spend your time running and building your business and let these guys train your sales force!!

    Hi, I’m just getting started in the trade as a canvasser/project manager trainee. I have been knocking for almost 2 months and I produce about 45 to 60 leads a week, knocking for usually 2 to 4 hours a day. However jobs are not coming in as I had expected. Not sure if it’s something I’m doing wrong on my end or if my project manager isn’t doing his part. Needless to say, I need some pointers. ANYTHING will be helpful at this point. Thanks a heap!

    Totally enjoy the videos. I’ve owned a residential maid service for 10 years now. Just invested in my boyfriends roofing company and have no idea what I’m doing!!!! LOL. He’s been in business since 2005 and just kinda poked along not really seriously chasing the dough.     I’m trying to pick the best program for me. I don’t need any sales training as all I do is write supplements, I have been in the storm restoration industry since 91′ however after watching your videos I cant help but think that I am missing a lot of items that I could be getting paid if they were included in my supplements.
