'Who are these assholes?'
you’re wondering. We’re Becca & Trenton Switzer. Like you, we entered the storm restoration industry with a lot of determination and absolutely zero formal training of any kind. Our learning curve was steeper than a three-story 12/12, and there were no resources to learn from. So we had to figure it out ourselves. After a lot of trial and error and wasted time and energy, we were consistently personally selling over a million dollars a year in 8 months or less, earning a quarter of a million dollars…without having to kill ourselves doing it. Trent has over 10 years teaching direct sales, and Becca has over 6 years of direct sales experience. We don’t claim to be the absolute best in the industry, but we know our stuff, we’re good at it, and we want to share what we’re doing with you.
Our mission:
Provide you or your sales team with systems, strategies, and approaches that are proven to yield consistent results so that you have the exact “recipes” to use to drastically shorten your learning curve and avoid wasting time and energy with trial and error. Why we're doing it:
Frankly, someone needs to. The storm restoration industry is filled with guys who are crushing it out there, but insist on keeping their “tricks and tips” a big secret. The limited options for programs and seminars that are available out there now talk about the general philosophies and theoretical concepts of storm restoration success, but they do not give you the exact, actionable how-to’s or proven systems to follow. They don’t arm you with tactical instructions or the step-by-step systems or scripts so you can start using them right away to improve your results. You leave feeling motivated for a day or two, but ultimately empty-handed with no new skills or “take homes” to speak of.
That’s where we differ. We’re delivering the “golden nuggets” that you really want; the gritty, content-rich material you can actually use. We’re going to lift up our skirt and show you exactly what we’re doing and how we’re doing it so you can “ethically steal” our systems and use them to get great results. Our attitude: There are plenty of roofs out there for everyone.
Our program isn’t for everyone, because everyone is at a different level in their business right now, but we’re not trying to teach people how to personally sell 14 million dollars in roofs this year.
