Any contractor actively involved in storm and insurance restoration has at least heard of Xactimate. Many contractors are already using it, some contractors are skimming by using the limited price list downloaded from their CRM, and other contractors haven’t jumped on board yet due to being a little behind or feeling intimidated by learning the software.
