Roofers Puking All Over the USA

Breaking news. If you’re a storm restoration roofing contractor, you are at risk of suffering from a very real sickness affecting thousands nationwide. There’s an epidemic spreading over the majority of the continental United States; an affliction specifically affecting the vast majority of storm restoration contractors who specialize in insurance claims for wind and hail damage. This phenomenon is causing roofing contractors to become violently ill, often resulting in nausea, night sweats, and vomiting, coupled with regret and disbelief.

What is this illness and what’s to blame for its awful side effects?

Opportunity cost. 

Supplementing: Hopefully you’re familiar with it. I’m guessing most of you are either supplementing for the basic bullsh*t that every Tom, Dick, & Harry is supplementing for, like the drip edge, ridge and starter, O&P, code requirements, mismeasurements, etc. Then there are some of you who feel like you’ve got a pretty good grip on supplementing, going above and beyond the little stuff mentioned previously, and getting a lot more creative to increase your claims to enjoy significantly better profit margins. Whoever you are and whichever category you fall into, one thing is for certain:

a) are not even yet aware exist or are legitimate add-ons,

b) you simply aren’t asking the RIGHT way for, and/or

Insurance claims is a constantly-evolving game. The insurance companies keep “moving the goal post,” changing their “rules” and supposed “policies” when it comes to proper indemnification, and if you don’t stay up to speed on what needs to be done, said, or documented in order to get item X, Y, or Z, what is working for you now or what worked for you in the past quite literally might not work tomorrow, and opportunities you haven’t even realized existed are passing you by with every single claim.

    Oh yea! You never know what youll get out here! One was denied then out of the blue approved for 22k then getting all of my supplements approved. In my first 3 months right at selling 500k with another 250 lined up…once you also grt a canvesser or two it gets awesome. Your videos are great and super informative. Looking forward to video conferencing once I take the course. ✌
